Hemos utilizado esta aplicación para vincular nuestros productos de Shopify a Amazon y aunque al principio tuvimos algunos problemas, una vez la cuenta de Amazon estuvo depurada, Salestio trabaja perfectamente actualizando en Amazon los precios y los stocks de los productos que queremos. También nos gustaría resaltar la magnífica atención al cliente que ofrece la aplicación que nos ha ido ayudando y guiando para resolver los diferentes problemas o errores que han ido surgiendo. Estamos muy satisfechos con el resultado de la aplicación en nuestro negocio y lo recomendamos a cualquiera que desee ahorrar tiempo y dinero con las actualizaciones de los stocks y los precios de los productos de Amazon.
This app is incredible in many areas! It is flexible enough to adjust to any and all of my shipping requirements that similar apps weren't able to pull off!
Hat's off to their customer support team! They are the best! I couldn't wish for any better support than them. They respond almost immediately at any time of the day and they don't leave you hanging! Best of all, when you request a feature or something, they don't just fall on deaf ears, they actually put in all the effort to actualize your request!

Their support was super helpful in resolving any issues we had. The app works great and syncs our orders and tracking flawlessly.
As you all know by now the Shopify eBay app is discontinued. We were looking for a new app to sync eBay orders to Shopify.
Salestio does everything we were looking for and more. Set up was fast an easy, with a few click our eBay account was connected and the app started importing all the new order from eBay.
Nadia from their customer support team also kindly help us to synchronize past orders that we had pending and do some SKU mappings. Very happy with their customer support, they were very helpful.
The app also allows you to connect your eBay listings to your Shopify listings or to publish your Shopify listings to eBay.
Overall a great success choosing this app to connect our eBay store to Shopify.
Really impressed so far. We have integrated with Amazon and Ebay and those have both been absolutely seamless, orders came in with no in issues at all. We have tried 3rd party shopify integration apps previously with decidely mixed results, the Salestio experience has been a revelation. There is always room for improvement, in our case around notes and note_attributes for channel order_ids, developer is really responsive and has been discussing what is required.
One area for improvement for us would be Amazon Customisation orders, again the developer is engaged on this and hopefully we can collaborate on a solution.
We are using the app for more than half a year and I can say they are adding features regularly and are very responsive to the issues and bugs we are facing. Overall I would recommend and we look forward to working with them.

The Salestio team has been very responsive to my issues.
They worked personally with me to get issues resolved again. They have also improved some of the issues with synchronization (specifically the pictues. Hopefully things are stable and the issues do not reoccur.
I am impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the service.
TLDR: I do not recommend this app. Reoccurring inventory synchronization issues.

It was difficult to get setup. I had to allow access to Salestio so they could fix the problems. The error messages are not useful for a user to resolve the issues.
A few months went by and I noticed inventory not matching between ebay and shopify. I tried to resolve the issue but again could not make sense of the error messages. Had to contact Salestio again for help. They resolved the inventory mismatch and I was able to correct the errors. It was unpleasant fixing the issues it caused with my customers but things were working again... but not for long.
A few months later I noticed that pictures were not updating and descriptions would not update no matter what I tried. I noticed that my inventory was yet again mismatching between shopify and ebay. This is not acceptable. I am waiting again for assistance from Salestio.
I think it's time to move to another service. I just need the basic features they offer but they need to be consistent.

I had several issues trying to link my shopify and amazon stores. The team at Salestio was very helpful and worked with me to get everything updated.
Great customer service and support, well done guys. The app itself has free plan as well, many apps with the same functionality don't have free plan or pay as you go plan.
