Amazon, eBay, Etsy — Salestio

Salestio is now a critical part of growing my business and I've come to rely on it within a short period of time. There's been a few teething issues, but the support team have been outstanding by replying very quickly and deploying fixes within 24 hours. Overall I would recommend and I look forward to exploring the eBay functionality when they add it.

Perfect app for amazon marketplace integration - great support included!

We have had the best experience with Salestio and their support team. It's an amazing app that allows you to expand your shopify store to these market places. Straight away we saw additional sales come through. But what I can't rave enough about is their service team, especially Nadia - we were able to set up a video call with them directly and they have assisted with all our email & questions. They have really gone above and beyond to help with this integration. Thank you so much Nadia and team, we couldn't have done this without you.

Efficient E-commerce Management with Salestio

I purchased the e-commerce tool called Salestio and I am really satisfied with it. It allowed me to sell my products on global marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and made it easier for me to manage all my orders from one platform. It offers many features such as product synchronization, order management, and pricing strategies.

The biggest advantage for me was the time and effort saved thanks to the automated e-commerce operations. Additionally, it was very helpful in synchronizing our stock levels across all marketplaces. It allowed me to provide my customers with a seamless shopping experience and helped me to generate more sales.

This product does exactly what it says on the tin. As we can not integrate with Amazon with Shopify as we don't sell in USD we first tried Codisto, but this was extremely complicated. We then came across Salestio which is new on the app store and thought we would give it a try. The integration is seamless with instant updates when orders come in through Amazon to our online store, adding and removing products by collection or individually is a breeze, I can't recommend this app highly enough. Keep up the good work guys, this is one customer who wont be going anywhere!

If you were looking for a smooth transition from the original ebay app, then this isn't it... First up, as others have said, the interface is very confusing and you have lots of "profiles" to create before you can list anything. Errors get thrown up all the time due to missing information hidden deep in a profile somewhere. The biggest problem for us is it only works on either product types or collections, not individual products. For us, it's impossible to have a collection or type that matches even ebay's minimum required item specifics (e.g. our collections have both new and used items but ebay need to know which) In order to list anything we're having to create a new manual collection, usually with only a handful of items. Then create a profile for that collection, then we can list it. This app would be so much better if it worked like the old ebay app and stored the ebay requirements per product and did away with all the complex profiles. The second problem is the link between this app and the Shopify database seems very slow to update. Changing stock levels or prices by metafields seems to take at least half a day before it shows in this app. (Even forcing Salestio to do a metafield refresh doesn't seem to speed things up)
The support is good though and quick to respond. I'm sure all these companies have seen a huge increase in customers since the demise of the ebay app and hopefully they will invest in the development of their apps and they will continue to get better.

This app is exactly what I was looking for and what I needed.. I researched for weeks to find the right app and based on my needs and budget this seemed like the best option and it was!

The support staff are honestly second to none, I've had multiple long video calls with Nadia who has done her best to help me get set up and teach me the app, and they are super open to adding needed functionality based on your needs. This app is great now in its early stages, I can only imagine how great it will be as they continue. They are very courteous and helpful and i will be sticking with them as I know they are striving for a stellar product and I'm here for it!
