would not let me link my amazon account, just gave an error. i'm not able to fully test this app if it wont even let me link to amazon.

We will try to help you. In most cases, this happens when an amazon account is not yet fully verified or doesn't have a professional package (amazon requirments).

Hope this issue will be resolved soon as you will have the possibility to fully check our app.

This app is quite complicated to use BUT they have a really good support team that will walk you through everything and answer all your questions. Without the support team, I would never have figured it out, but after they showed me what to do, it's not too hard. If you download it and are confused, just reach out to support and they will get you ready to go.

A good application, greatly facilitates the management of orders from Amazon, eBay. Works well, support helps to solve all the necessary issues. Support in Ukrainian was also a pleasant surprise. Definitely recommend

I really appreciate Salestio support team is professional for helping me connect Shopify products to eBay, they are patient and efficient in dealing with issues.

The app helped us sync orders from Amazon to Shopify. It also sends the tracking information back from Shopify to Amazon which is very helpful. The support is great and they helped us solve all of our issues, moreover they reply to our emails very quickly. So if you are looking for an app to sync orders between Amazon and Shopify, then I highly advice to try this one out. Lastly it also works for all of the marketplaces on Amazon.

The app extension is not the easiest to use but they do have a lot of written how-to guides to help. It would be nice to have some video help but setting up an appointment with someone for specific help was easy and incredibly helpful! Nadia was the best!

Customer support is very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately the app is just very complicated to setup. Very nice interface, but every time we turn around something else isn't working and though we get a helpful response from support, the solution is always some random thing we must do which is unintuitive.

No time for headaches so I decided to try something else. That said, I have to reiterate that their support is top notch. If you have your products organized the way their app needs and have some time to fiddle, it's a really well-designed app with great support.

We apologize for the negative experience you had while using our application. We truly value your feedback and will use it to continuously improve our service.

In order to use our application, it is necessary that your Shopify products have unique SKU codes. These codes are used by Salestio for synchronization and order importing.

Additionally, our app uses the Trading API, which allows merchants to update their listings directly through eBay's user interface and provides extra configuration options not available through the Inventory API used by the Shopify eBay app. Unfortunately, items created through the Inventory API cannot be modified or updated through the Trading API, which may have caused the errors you experienced.

If you would like to give our app another try, we would be happy to recreate your eBay listings for you. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.
