We have two Amazon accounts and two Shopify online shops and we work with Salestio in both.

Let me start by saying I am not a techie. I know enough to get myself into trouble, but not enough to get out of it...LOL. I am starting to get the hang of the sequence that things have to be done. But above all, customer service is top notch. They are always there to bail me out of whatever it is I have done or not done. There is a time delay because of them being across the pond, but a message is always there same day or next day. Always ready to help and not putting the blame anywhere...I really appreciate that.

Hemos utilizado esta aplicación para vincular nuestros productos de Shopify a Amazon y aunque al principio tuvimos algunos problemas, una vez la cuenta de Amazon estuvo depurada, Salestio trabaja perfectamente actualizando en Amazon los precios y los stocks de los productos que queremos. También nos gustaría resaltar la magnífica atención al cliente que ofrece la aplicación que nos ha ido ayudando y guiando para resolver los diferentes problemas o errores que han ido surgiendo. Salestio is now a critical part of growing my business and I've come to rely on it within a short period of time. There's been a few teething issues, but the support team have been outstanding by replying very quickly and deploying fixes within 24 hours. Overall I would recommend and I look forward to exploring the eBay functionality when they add it.
Efficient E-commerce Management with Salestio
I purchased the e-commerce tool called Salestio and I am really satisfied with it. It allowed me to sell my products on global marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and made it easier for me to manage all my orders from one platform. It offers many features such as product synchronization, order management, and pricing strategies.
The biggest advantage for me was the time and effort saved thanks to the automated e-commerce operations. Additionally, it was very helpful in synchronizing our stock levels across all marketplaces. It allowed me to provide my customers with a seamless shopping experience and helped me to generate more sales.
I highly recommend it!
This app is exactly what I was looking for and what I needed.. I researched for weeks to find the right app and based on my needs and budget this seemed like the best option and it was!
The support staff are honestly second to none, I've had multiple long video calls with Nadia who has done her best to help me get set up and teach me the app, and they are super open to adding needed functionality based on your needs. This app is great now in its early stages, I can only imagine how great it will be as they continue. They are very courteous and helpful and i will be sticking with them as I know they are striving for a stellar product and I'm here for it!

Really impressed so far. We have integrated with Amazon and Ebay and those have both been absolutely seamless, orders came in with no in issues at all. We have tried 3rd party shopify integration apps previously with decidely mixed results, the Salestio experience has been a revelation. There is always room for improvement, in our case around notes and note_attributes for channel order_ids, developer is really responsive and has been discussing what is required.
One area for improvement for us would be Amazon Customisation orders, again the developer is engaged on this and hopefully we can collaborate on a solution.
