We were the first store to trial SamePoints, using it with Shopify online orders and Square in-store payments. The biggest difference was having one loyalty balance instead of separate online and in-store records.
Customer matching, refund point reversals, and Shopify gift-card rewards worked smoothly in our day-to-day workflow. It solved a problem we had personally experienced.
