Unfortunately, this app doesn't work properly. Also, you cannot unsubscribe from the plan; you can only uninstall the app. However, the payment will be deducted from the card.
The initial review was posted on Feb-13. Since then, the company's representatives have been chasing our company and forcing us to reconsider, update, or remove the review.
Quick responses and a lot possible design-wise - however, you do need to get in touch for them to implement the changes, so it might be worth the app being upgraded to allow customers to do a lot of the changes themselves?
