Since none of us have control over how the courier service handles our products, SavedBy has been super helpful, especially with product/order replacements and covering full refunds if the customer claim qualifies.
The team is also readily available to respond, I always hear back within the hour. Thanks to SavedBy, we've saved many headaches and retained happy customers.

The SavedBy team is absolutely integral to our business operations and we couldn't be more pleased with the app, their client service, and willingness to go the extra mile. The team is incredibly responsive, always bringing a proposed resolution to any issue that arises. We have built such a great relationship with the team and will never be switching! Our company vets all other platforms, vendors, and services by whether they will integrate with SavedBy or not — SavedBy is the gold standard and a non-negotiable for us!

Such a simple process, at first I was weary to make any changes to my website, but we actually saw conversion go up with this app and now I’m not sending out packages for free to customers!! Seriously a no brainer and their customer service team is the best! ♂️

We made the switch and we couldn't be happier we did! They take care of our customers package issues so seamlessly and they are very helpful if you have any questions. Love this team and they have been killing it. This is the best way to offer Package Protection. It makes my life easier knowing I can our customers to Savedby and they will be taken care of.
