When any issue does arise, customers file a claim – and once processed – they will have the option to re-order, or to receive a refund. Since none of us have control over how the courier service handles our products, SavedBy has been super helpful, especially with product/order replacements and covering full refunds if the customer claim qualifies.
The team is also readily available to respond, I always hear back within the hour. Thanks to SavedBy, we've saved many headaches and retained happy customers.
