Excellent App! It works great, easy to use, easy to install, and many operators possible. Definitely recommend.
This app helps me in creating direct and meaningful conversation with my customers. Moreover it also provide seamless experience since our whatsapp business account equipped with catalogue as sales channel.

Does it not work perfect with your custom template? Ask support. They might fix it for you if you ask nicely. In my case the depth of the button had to be changed so it wouldn’t get in front of shop notifications
We would like to share an honest feedback after a long time of using this plugin. All was good except for the fact that this plugin disappears and stops working suddenly which really impacts our cusomers satisfaction level. If this issue persists, we do not recommend you to use this widget.
Seems great so far, I hope it works as well in action! The customer service is very helpful and customized the widget on request.
