NextsChain is a wonderful application. I have been using NextsChain for quite a long time and they have never let me down. They have an outstanding support and top - notch customer service. I highly recommend NextsChain.
Great suppliers! Products are quality checked, shipped fast and are great prices. They have many options to improve and help you grow with custom packaging and faster delivery. Best thing is their continuous support and contact via Skype, any problems are dealt with fast and with no issues, never had a time where I could not get something resolved or recommended. Integration with Shopify and orders make it extremely easy to use and fulfil orders

Wonderful! My customers are happy because of fast shipping, Now it only take 5 - 8 business days to arrive at The US, If you are doing dropshipping with others App, then I recommand you NextsChain
They promise shipping time of 14 business days, but in my experience shipping times has averaged 30 to 40 days. When you sign up they show you that they deliver in 10 days or so, but after you place your orders, they say "it is out of our control." They promise they will refund late deliveries, but when it comes time for refund, they only consider items over 20 business days. And business days is based on the Chinese calendar. Then they start asking for fake documents such as certificate of refund. I have been waiting on a portion of my refund for 36 days. Save yourself bad reviews and great frustration. This is a joke at best!

There are about 30% packages arrive at 8 business days
about 35% packages arrived at within 12 business days, There are about about 25% pacakges arrived within 15 business days. And Remote regions will takes a lot of time.
Because of the Covid-19 affect, the shipping time will be delay. These are out of our control, we can't be responsible for these.
Great service and good agent to have, Tom and Joyce are best and allways very help full when needed. Highly rekomended!
I have had this app for at least 2 months before writing this review. To many reviews given at 1st day of use. This is a great app. I have completed a sample order that was shipped exactly to timing as stated. I have imported at least 150 products with success. I have contacted support at least 5 times with a very timely response each time. I would highly recommend this app to anyone. Thanks so much NextsChain!
i am adding to this review. I want to let everyone know my real experience with Nextschain. First off I am not a big time store Yet! I have never had a problem processing my orders with Nextschain. You need to read his terms of use and realize if you use Aliexpress for your services it does take longer for shipping! So if you want fast shipping ONLY USE NextsChain for fulfillment. I have never had a problem processing my orders. And the biggest of all is!!! I had a customer place an order on December the 12th. I was so nervous about it. WOW it got to the customer in 11 Days from placing the order. It was there in time for Christmas and the customer and I was completely happy. Thanks so much NextsChain. Customer service is Super! 10 stars.

I placed my first order and the coronavirus hit, so shipment has been delayed but support have been very helpful to resolve the problem and shipment is on it's way.
When you paid at March 26, It was March 27 in Chinese time. And it takes about 1 - 2 days to purchase the items from our suppliers. and on March 28 and March 29, it was Weekend and we have holiday, including our carriers. Today it's March 30 we have process all the unprocess orders, thank you.
