Scalify is by far the most used app by. dont have to worry about trying set up ads. this app takes the stress of and all u have to do click a button! definitely worth every penny i spend. happy to have this app.

This app a time saver, now i can finally scale my ads in a few clicks , this app combined with facebook rules is ads on autopilot, and for a for such a low price

They need chat support. My account disappeared and it took me many emails to find out why when if they had support I could have done it in 5 minutes. Also, I replied within 1/2 hour of their email to me and it's late the next day before they get back to me in EST. It's a Madgicx wannabe. They need a lot more development before it is on par with it. I got a LTD so it will be worth it in the long run I think. It is simpler to use than Madgicx at this time because it doesn't do all the same things. ***Update. I guess someone read this review and although it was by email I was finally able to go back and forth with the lovely Maria and get my issue and a ton of questions I had answered within a couple of hours today.

Just installed the App and so far it is so fast in creating my ads. Quick support too and help. I will add more information as i get used to the App

Hoorible customer service and bad app , did not get the audience but guess what they charged 3 month for not using the app
plus you can not even chat via messenger ..if you try to send an email you can not
you can not contact them via mobile , only desktop and you can only press get started to wait a response that will never come
worst experience ever ..not worth 1$

Please note that Shopify handles billing for all Shopify apps. We don't have any access to your billing information nor the ability to charge you.

Really easy to create new ad sets, audiences, ect... saves hours and hours of manual LABOR! Thanks for such an amazing app

Stay clear of this app. The scaling options are good an easy, but thats the only thing that works. Its full of bugs, you get errors on almost every page. apart from that its missing important advertising options.
Also, they say Google Analytics is supported while it really is not. (old versions yes, GA 4 not)

Lastly, the customer support is absolutely aweful. it sometimes takes weeks before they reply, and when they reply their answers are not helpful.

Please, do yourself a favor and stay clear of this app and company.

Kindly share with us the errors you faced on every page so our team can take a look at them and assist you in resolving them. We experienced a temporary issue with our CRM that caused delays with our email replies, all is fixed now and this issue won't happen again. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you.

Regarding GA4, as mentioned in our email reply, this feature will not be included in our upcoming app version, which is why we're in the process of removing this feature from the app.
