ScanFlow lets staff scan a single QR code to log order fulfillment, warehouse actions, and proof of delivery. Teams can scan orders to record events like Packed, Delivered, or Return Received, capture notes and photos, and trigger Shopify Flow automations in real time. Every scan is logged in Shopify with the user, time, and event details, creating a clear, auditable trail of who did what, and when.
