The best support I've ever experienced - I was helped quickly and given recommendations away from the usual app performance that are extremely helpful.
the app does not do what it claims, It is as simple as that and I have tried it, Support is okay at best but it does not give the results I had hoped for and now I start all over again with a different app
I had a few questions and Mrs. Yaprak was able to assist me. She was knowledgably and friendly. I look forward to doing business with them.
Schema Plus just took the Shopify App experience to another level for me. I've tried multiple other schema apps (including some of the most rated ones), but they all didn't work. I still kept getting errors and warning messages. Then I installed the Schema Plus and at first, I had many errors too. So, I contacted their support and they fixed all errors and removed the old schema code which was confusing Google. And they did all this while I am still on my free trial! I haven't seen any other app on the Shopify app store that delivers both the product and service that delights.

This app does exactly what it says and it does it QUICK AND EASY! Straight forward installation, super easy to deploy and it works great right out of the box. Modifications, if necessary, are straight forward and can be done without any effort at all. Within about a day of installing this app the microdata information was picked up by crawlers and robots and is now being displayed properly across all channels. If you are serious about your store and you want to see improvements in click through rate, having the proper markup on your site is the way to go. This app solves that problem and should be on your short list of must have apps for your store.
In addition to this app being one of the best built that I've have ever deployed into our client's Shopify store, I'd like to share something else as well.
One of the greater pleasures I've encountered while using Shopify and the multitude of aps by developers in the store is the interaction with support. Asking questions about and interacting with the various developers of these apps has been an inspiring international journey. Baris Yuksel from Uppercase Brands, the developer of this app is no exception. Within minutes of my support request Baris and I were firing off emails back and forth about a small issue I was facing. The issue was not caused by the app but it was related to Schema markups nonetheless. I need some added functionality and within minutes Boris was able to deploy a custom fix that has solved our problem.
SchemaPlus has been extremely helpful in optimizing our search engine results. Before using their app I noticed that we had less content than some larger companies had in their google rich snippets when you did a Google search. Upon working with the team at SchemaPlus we got the same results as all of these larger companies. The team helped remove all errors in the initial installation, and ones that have come up over time. The only negative is that the team must have a lot of clients because nothing is done "quickly". There's always someone on the other end of the app chat, however, your cases typically take a week or two to be resolved.
I am just getting started with this app, (it came highly recommended) but the prompt replies and assistance with my beginner questions from the developer have been stellar, thank you Baris!
Loaded this app a couple days ago and google started eating up the structured data almost immediately. I had some setup issues and reached out to their live support whom were very polite and addressed and corrected all my issues. Thank you for developing the app and standing by your product. Kudos to you.
Initially, the support team was super responsive - they are always very nice, friendly. Initially, they constantly kept asking for reviews. I explained to them that I needed more time to evaluate an app because initially, most app providers are super helpful and only the test of time demonstrates the true colors. That is exactly what has happened here - ongoing issue remains unresolved despite multiple reminders, requests, giving them access to everything from Shopify to Search Console to Analytics to Merchant Center. Now, my products are being rejected by GMC and Google Ads due to inaccurate pricing reported by the schema. Last week, I even contacted the to let them know that I would be leaving a negative review. They apologized, they thanked me for my patience - just like they have been for weeks. But, no resolution.
