We have been struggling to incorporate the FAQ Schema on some of our website pages, which means we're missing out on prime SEO opportunities. It's been problem after problem, and no one has been able to offer a solution. Until we installed Schema Plus. Not only was Baris incredibly responsive, but he was able to solve the issue quickly. He's a lifesaver, as is the app. We have a lot of product pages and having the Product Schema automated is a massive timesaver. This app is worth every cent.
Great assistance from Yaprak, on my first inquiry. Got all the answers that I needed. Hope to use the app for a long time.
Unfortunately, this firm is not a good team player. We were unable to get out of the gate with your App.
These were the options communicated to use:
"The speed optimization you've implemented is preventing our app from working. You can either exclude our app from that optimization or delete the speed app completely. It's up to you. Please let us know about your thoughts. Thank you."
We kindly asked for some elaboration prior to this response.
Unfortunately, this App has been removed and will be moving on.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this software. It caused our rankings to tank due to Schema Plus code having issues with the old schema code on the site. In hopes of fixing this, we reached out to support (Baris) who said they would fix it and 3 days later it still was not fixed. They kept saying they'll fix it today, tonight, and they never fixed it. It's unfortunate because I had high hopes for this due to the good reviews but I did not have a good experience. Tip to the developer, maybe try offering some documentation so that users are not at the mercy of support and we can fix this ourselves.

Poor customer service, when you want a user to stay, there is a method of how you should speak to them. Where is the customer service, communication skill at? Yes, I wanted a update on my ticket 766, I know what your colleague said, I myself work as a service desk analyst so i know what is required within this job field. Tickets are updated on regular basis. With me contacting you on 15/05/21 and the ticket needing to be completed on 16/05/21, then there must have been some progression and information within the ticket that user can know about? Unless you have not even looked....
The support i got from Ozzy on live chat was great, fast and timely.
I tested my site using google's Rich result test after installing Schema plus and the results were amazing. All rich text schema data was well installed. Thank you Schema Plus
Fantastic support! I highly, highly recommend their app. They quickly figured out what was causing our errors and provided the needed steps to correct them.
The Customer service response is quick and answered all the questions by Zoom. Hope the app works and help.

Awesome app. Dead simple install, works pretty much out of the box (Only had to remove two lines of code from the theme to remove existing rich snippets) which I believe they will happily do for you. Performance is flawless.
