Fabulous support. Ozzy and his team are always on hand to offer advice and help wherever possible. You usually get an answer within 24 hours that really helps you. I can really only say good things and wish every app offered this kind of support.
Best Customer Support I've Ever Experienced!
I've interacted with many customer support teams over the years, but this one is on a whole different level. The support is not only fast but also incredibly competent and personal. You can tell that real people are on the other side, not just some automated AI bot. When it really matters, no AI in the world can match the human understanding and empathy I encountered here.
Here, real people beat any AI support hands down!
What impressed me the most was how quickly they resolved my issue while making me feel seen and understood. This is a company that truly cares about its customers, and it shows in every interaction. I can't recommend them enough!

The app is good and has solved most of my problems. The most important improvement I would like to see is quicker response times from the engineers. I often have to wait for a long time, which is not good. Other than that, the app is fine.
