This app allowed our organization to bi-directionally sync Shopify & Salesforce orders based on our needs. This reduced many manual processes for our team, saving our team time and reduce human errors. Many thanks to the miniorange team as they are great at taking your requirements into account when creating the integration. I could not recommend it enough.
MiniOrange has become an integral part of our customer experience! While they offer a turnkey integration that is user friendly and needs no coding we need much more. We have very specific requirements that needed backend development to allow for physical and digital (VOD) product Bundles to be sold in our Shopify Store as well as to pass the VOD purchase to Uscreen. Both SSO and Syncing between the platforms was accomplished with great expertise. Like with all apps there is always issues that need to be addressed, and like you, I cringe at the thought of having to reachout to customer support to get something resolved. Well, I cannot say enough great things about the customer support specifically, technical support, on troubleshooting issues and modifying/adding components to make our customer experience better. MiniOrange will take the time to set up a Zoom chat with one of their development team members to go over the issues, face to face. This is unheard from my experience when dealing with other Shopify App developers. If you are willing to take the time to develop a wireframe workflow and present your needs, MiniOrange will take great care in making accomplishing what you need.
