I have uninstalled the app in December 2024, but they billed me in January 2025.
Edit: I re-installed it so that I can contact them again. Look, it didn't even occur to them to check my records with them before they gave this response that "I just installed the app". I was their customer for 3 -4 years. Think about it, guys.

Upon reviewing the installation log in the Shopify portal, we see that you installed the app on January 18, 2025, and you are currently on the Free plan. And were never billed for this install. It appears there may be some misunderstanding. Could you please check?

The app developer went above and beyond to help us set up this app properly. Even working on a weekend to ensure that we had no problems with their product.
