Great app and support.
We installed this app on our store and it works perfectly. Setup was easy, and the support team was amazing in helping us customize the app and position the widget on our site. It instantly improved accessibility and fits seamlessly with our brand. Highly recommended.

Avery was fantastic in helping me with a request for my store. She immediately understood my needs and resolved the issue quickly. The app itself is very easy to set up and use. My only feedback is that the impression numbers climb very quickly. I am not sure if that means customers are simply viewing the widget on my site or actually clicking on it. It feels like the first, which pushes you toward a paid plan faster than expected. That aside, both the app and the support team, especially Avery, made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

The app works well and does exactly what we needed! We reached out for a quick change and the support team responded immediately and handled it with kindness and efficiency.

Only downside is that it needs to be installed separately on each store, with no multi-store plan — but overall, a solid tool we’re happy to use.

The app itself is wonderful. The widget gives me a peace of mind from an ADA/WCAG compliance standpoint. The only thing I wish they made available - and across all plans - would be a dedicated settings page so that I could provide my customers with another place to adjust their accessibility settings. Beyond that, I am very happy with the app and the great customer service that I received from Avery.
