I finally went to cross off "accessibility" on my website and went to this app. At first I was confused, and then I missed an important step (all my fault) . I went to chat and was greeted by olivia. She showed outstanding knowledge and true support as she guided me through what to do. I get frustrated at the drop of the hat, and she so easily fixed me up and showed me where I fell off the path. The app is super easy to use, and has very useful- but not overwhelming or super technical reports / verbiage. I'll certainly keep this company in mind when I am ready to scale. This app makes it extremely easy to become ADA compliant to make your site accessible to all. The support team are extremely helpful and are happy to help with any questions you have. Iris was excellent and helped me setup the widget within my footer bar.
