This survey tool is really good.
I like that it's so easy to set up, add a completion incentive and target it to certain product pages or visitor behaviours.
Support is on the ball and will reply within a few minutes, and is very knowledgeable.

Changed my original rating from 5 to 3 after using the reporting and analytics.
Both are exceptionally basic, ultimately you need to export the responses and do your own analysis. The built-in tool does not do any pattern analysis or summarise survey response themes, etc.

Incredibly simple application. Needed some help to get logos set properly, but support (Judy) was superb. Doesn't give detail on what customers responded so not helpful for direct satisfaction improvement, but for quick stuff it is really solid.
