not sure about the app yet. havent really gotten to use it. but Iris was great support

Incredibly simple application. Needed some help to get logos set properly, but support (Judy) was superb. Doesn't give detail on what customers responded so not helpful for direct satisfaction improvement, but for quick stuff it is really solid.
