Exceptional app – and even better support!
We've tested multiple survey tools, and SEA Post Purchase Survey is by far the most intuitive, flexible, and Shopify-native solution we've found. The interface is clean, the analytics are actionable, and the customization options are endless.
What truly sets this app apart is the outstanding support. Huge shoutout to Ricky, who went above and beyond to guide us through setup and fine-tune everything exactly to our needs. Her responsiveness and expertise made all the difference.

Update: There were a few settings that you cannot change yourself and must contact the support team. However, once again Penelope from the support team responded very quickly and promptly got everything sorted. Fantastic support team!

We were looking for an app to make a survey after the purchase and to have one for the exit intent. Both are possible, and you can even target buyers of certain products.

Application très facile à utiliser, j'ai pu créer mon sondage post-achat sur mon site e-commerce en quelques clics. Je peux suivre en temps réels les réponses et mettre à jour mon sondage facilement. J'ai même bénéficié de l'aide d'une conseillère (Avery) via le chat box sur shopify qui m'a merveilleusement accompagné pour la mise en place de mon sondage sur mon site. Super, je recommande !

It allows customers to stay in the page and have a more comfortable experience. Plus, the support is top-notch. Pamela has been helping me with whatever I've needed.
We wanted something relatively basic and easy to use for not only us but our customers (we're a surf brand, we don't like to overcomplicate things), and SEA Post Purchase Survey App is exactly that. In typical surf brand style, we couldn't quite work out the backend embedding and customer service jumped on it straight away with a tailored easy-to-follow video tutorial made just for us. Really grateful and excited to keep using this app!
