Surveys give a detailed insight about your customers. This is the first app we've tried for surveys and we're sticking with it. Must try on your store. Customer support is also really helpful.
The SEA Customer Survey app is a straightforward tool for adding surveys to a store. It’s easy to set up and works as expected, helping to collect useful customer insights. The interface is simple, and the features cover the basics well. Some tasks required manual setup, but Nim from customer support was quick to assist. A solid option for gathering feedback.
I've been using the app for a while now, and it's really useful.
It allows customers to stay in the page and have a more comfortable experience. Plus, the support is top-notch. Pamela has been helping me with whatever I've needed.
A good, clear and adaptable survey tool with helpful and quick responses from the team (Melody was especially helpful!). Don't hesitate to ask them for help!
