Fast customer service to a mobile display glitch. Very happy with this app and all the features, highly recommend.
TLDR: You'll save money on app fees but you'll lose customers while spending more time on customer support.
App performance: We've had numerous surprise issues (products dropping from subscriptions, charges for shipping within free delivery area, email notices to customers of billing issues that didn't exist.) All of these generate poor customer experiences, exactly the opposite of what we work so @#$* hard to achieve. The logging functions don't capture adequate data for you to figure out what happened so you reach out to...
Support: ...which is highly skilled at responding with a question that kicks the can down the road. If I were to guess, their internal performance metrics are focused on ticket response time and not on number of interactions or issue resolution. Easier to respond with canned responses, which can be wildly off the mark, until the customer (you) gives up.
Works well with other apps, simple subscription app with no complexity.
Overall pleasant experience!

I’m not sure where people get customer service. All we see is a chat bot with FAQ. Many times we have needed help and never see a way to talk to anyone which has been really frustrating.

I have been a user of Bundler and now have added Seal Subscriptions to my store. I have a unique subscription case and I reached out to support for help. Marko was very prompt with a response and we were able to coordinate and execute a screen share to review my implementation. I'm now up and running. Simple, easy and helpful. Highly recommend!
I’ve been testing the Seal Subscriptions app for the past 2 weeks, and it has become a key part of my business model. The features for managing subscriptions are exactly what I need to efficiently run my shop.

So far its great! Customer service responded quickly and I love that they have a free plan where they get commission per sales. Easy to set up so far and didnt bug with my theme unlike other apps.
