We've only launched our subscription service today, so I don't have much to say on the app's performance. However, what I will say is that their support is amazing. Support was super helpful and made adjustments as needed. We used this with the bundler app and our developer made some additional code to work the way we wanted. After a customer makes a subscription and edits their subscription order in the portal, they are not able to get the bundler discount, but they said they are working on it! This was a relatively easy app to install.

The app is very easy to use!

FANTASTIC APP! I was migrating from ReCharge for several reasons. Seal went above and beyond, coding so it looked better on mobile (for free), answers to every question I had and help at every step of the way, several emails in a day too, other platforms can take days to respond. Exactly what I was looking for. Been testing it out in my store for about a week and it seems to be working perfectly. Had one programming issue with installation, but these guys got into my store and changed the coding for me. Great customer service!

I tried giving this app a chance for 4 months and every month I had to go back and manually send the invoices, then they still may or may not show up. They weren't in customers junk or spam, they simply just weren't sending. There's also no option to charge automatically, which they didn't like. Support was minimal and instead of looking into and fixing it, they gave me a ton of complicated steps ...

Just installed the app and it is a dream to work with. Couple of teething issues, but support has been excellent and the issues were only minor, but resolved super fast and we now have our subscription service up and running.
Would recommend this app to everyone.

Amazing app. So many other subscription apps charge extortionate fees and lack the features you get on Seal. Being able to set a custom day to renew subscriptions is essential for my business. Only advice I have is to add more subscription analytics data on the dashboard. Thank you very much, I will be upgrading to your advanced plan soon!
