I haven't started using the app in production, but it was very straight forward to install and set up subscription plans. The widget is clear for the customer to understand and use to get ongoing discounts. I love the fact that the pricing plan grows with you. The fact that they currently offer a free plan until you get 150 subscriptions is amazing. From what I see from the plans, they also don't keep a percentage like many other subscription apps. The free plan and the fact that they don't take a percentage was the main reason I selected this app. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of set up. Great work!

Seal is extremely user friendly and easy to use, and turned out to be the only app that offers exactly what I need (automated product swaps) without high fees. Besides that, the customer service of Henry and his team is impeccable: their email responses are super fast and super understanding/personable!

And I havent even mentioned the handy youtube tutorials yet...

At first, we were quite torn between Appstle and Seal. However, we found that Seal was a clear winner for our business. There is a two-tier discount built right into their subscription rules to build loyalty right out of the box. Also for us, a more simple, more compact customer portal is much better for our customers. Above anything else, we had personal support on some issues we were experiencing with the widget integrating into our theme as well as any questions we had that needed answered.

This app makes it so simple to add subscription plans to your store. They go out of their way to help in a very quick and efficient way. If there's something you want the app to do and you're not sure how or if the app can do it, they will look into how to make it happen for you. It's packed with subscription feature, and it's nice to see that even on the free plan, you still get an excellent service. I would definitely recommend this app.

We have been using Seal on our website for monthly subscriptions, as well as for multi-month bulk purchases. It has been perfect for what we required and has worked really well. So far so good. It's the first time we're using subscriptions through Shopify and this seemed to offer exactly what we needed at a really good price. Setup was super simple, but we have recently started using markets and this caused a few issues with prices not updated. We reached out to Henry via support and he got back to us really quickly and ironed out the issues we were having. Very happy so far, and the support has been excellent, highly recommended!

Seal works well for what we need in our shop. Customer service is responsive and helpful! Having subscriptions has definitely increased our monthly sales.I do kind of wish the widget was cuter or that there were more widget options to choose from to it matched my shop better. But that's the bottom of the list of what I need in a sub service. Thank you!
