After constant hiccups with our current provider we wanted a new subscription provider. straight away the customer service regarding importing subscriptions from our old app to Seal Subscriptions was fast and easy to follow guidance. We've just setup our first rule and wow it is super easy. Very impressed and can't wait to see and learn more about the app as we get our heads into it :)
Have been using Seal Subscriptions for well over a year and it is great. Works like a dream, has videos to help us get set up correctly. Have not needed customer service. Feel like if we dig further into it there are lots of features we need to use!

Great app and customer service. Any queries we had were answered almost immediately.
Brilliant features, easy setup and smooth integration with Shopify. We would recommend Seal to any business thinking about selling subscriptions. The 'Built for Shopify' filter on the Shopify store helped us to trust and decide to go with Seal Subscriptions.

Peter, Josh, & Nathan helped us troubleshoot various issues and are truly so helpful and detail oriented! They're even adding our ideas to their future list of functionality features to develop which will add even more value to the app which is so greatly appreciated. Thanks to the entire Seal Team for always answering our questions! Only item/potential issue to plan for is that there currently isn't a chat bot for live support. Thus, you'll need to rely on email to resolve (thankfully the Team is very responsive). Otherwise, the app works great!
