There are 2 absolute best parts of using this app - the first one is the app itself and the other one is their customer support, which has been the best we've EVER experienced! Communication with Henry from Seal Subscriptions was a pure joy from start to finish, you cannot call it a standard support as we know it. Henry was proactive and totally interested to help the best way possible even though our needs were specific and time-consuming. The Seal Subscription app is the best subscription app out there. We tested many of them, even those the Shopify Support recommended at first. Look no further, you can thank us later!

Henry was responsive to my questions and very helpful. The videos provided make this app extremely user friendly. The only issue I may come across is that I use a 3rd party processor, but that has nothing to do with how easy the app was to install. I was able to add the subscription box to my product page in no time. Thanks!

So far so good. Very straight forward to set up, and doing what I need it to. I have the cheapest option since we are only just introducing subscriptions and in the test phase. Customer support was very responsive (I just reached out about the branding removal, there wasn't actually any issues with install or anything).
If anything changes as we get more subscriptions I'll follow back up but I'm happy with the app. :)

This app does what it says - allows a customer to subscribe to a product. I landed on Seal after installing, playing with, and then uninstalling a dozen + other subscription apps. They were ugly, bloated, or just didn't work as expected. Seal works! The admin is easy to crawl through, the subscriptions are easy to set up, the customer portal looks great, and overall - I am thrilled. Plus their customer service is amazing. Even when I contacted them about a really stupid error on my part, they were quick to respond and assist. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I spent over an hour with another app for my Shopify store, it wanted me to install code etc. and then it still didn't work, deleted that account and got this app, and within 5 mins its working, I would highly recommend to just use this because they obviously know what they are doing

Everything seems to work great! Have had no issue and it seems to have all the functions one could want for a great price without the nonsense of a percentage of sales. I greatly appreciate that! Quick customer service for my silly questions but actually very easy to use. Analytics and tools as well! Thanks for making great software!

I installed this app about a week ago and so far I am really loving it! It was pretty straight forward to set up.

I was launching my first subscription box so I needed a subscription app. I had installed another but that app wasn't able to do what I needed. So I gave Seal a go.

I did have a few questions and support quickly answered them. My subscription box launch was a huge success thanks to this app! I love that they have videos to watch and learn how to manage different aspects of the app. This was so helpful.

We just installed yesterday so I can't speak on behalf of the app itself, however I had 2 questions during install (one technical issue and one verbiage issue). This morning I already had a response and solution to both. Henry dove into the technical issue, explained and fixed it and guided me on how to change the verbiage (which was such an easy fix). I really appreciated the quick response and awesome support. Will update once we've had some subscriptions come through :)

The application runs smoothly and is extremely user-friendly, with an easy-to-navigate user interface. The app provides a lot of free features that can give your business a good start. Additionally, the subscription widget seamlessly integrates into my store without any issues. Give it a try!

Just starting to use the app, but so far have found a solution for everything I need for my site. Almost everything has been very intuitive, and support has been very responsive & helpful the few times I have needed assistance with my setup.
