The app is working very well for us. Just with we could update the email without going to premium.
Great, responsive customer service that has resolved every request I made for them, even without being on a paid plan yet. Because they had such good customer service, I will definitely go with them once I upgrade for a paid plan.
I have been so impressed by this app and how easy it has been to setup. I had a few hiccups with integrating it into the new shopify checkout page but once I got the instructions it was easy.
Customization is great! I had it on only one product just testing it before I added it to all items and got my first subscription right away.

I love how I can choose the frequency. My customers normally go through my product every 4 months which is an abnormal subscription frequency but I was able to set it up just fine through seal. There was an issue where the delivery charges were charged 2x only on the subscription purchases, instead of just once. I contacted the support and they said its an issue from shopify, but shopify said it's the apps issue. this went back and forth for almost 2 months and nobody could resolve my issue. They took my money and couldn't get the app to work right.
