Excellent customer service. Prompt response to your issues and very accommodating to your needs. Always making helpful suggestions. Only constructive feedback would be about customer log in having to create account, would be good if an account was created automatically for a more seamless model.

Seal subscriptions works very well. It has a lot of features and enables customers to be really flexible with their subscriptions. I don't know how to use all the features and don't have time to review the videos...a short step by step instruction list would be better for me

Amazing app that is currently powering our subscription service. It works perfectly and we recently had a small hiccup after upgrading to a different theme. However, that wasn't a worry as within less than an hour of reaching out (on BF of all days), Henry had resolved our issue without a hitch. This is a fairly easy app to get to know and quite powerful in what it does. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Seal works very well - we're now generating thousands of dollars a year in subscriptions we otherwise would have to work a lot harder to get. Great customer service, too.

So far this app has worked a treat. We liked the idea that our customers need to authorise each delivery automatic subscriptions can be a turn off.

Have been using Seal Subscriptions for well over a year and it is great. Works like a dream, has videos to help us get set up correctly. Have not needed customer service. Feel like if we dig further into it there are lots of features we need to use!
