The installation of the app is simple and it really works great. The best thing is that once the customer did the subscription, the order is placed within the set intervall automatically. Means it generates the full order (as it would be a regular order), what is really helpful for our fullfillment. You have a nice overview about the upcoming income and can easily edit the customer details. Highly recommended app!

Seal is a great solution for your subscriptions at a great price. I don't think Shopify's native sub app is working very well yet, so for third party solutions, check this one out. I had some initial kinks to work out with it, but their customer support has been very helpful and handled those issues. I'm always down with apps that have decent support teams - it's becoming such a rarity these days to get good support for anything!

Definitely check this out.

We are using the app to encourage gift subscriptions. The platform is set up well and the rules are easy to understand. I did reach out to Henry several times when I had questions, and each time he replied quickly and efficiently to help me get it set up in a way that works for our shop. I've found in running a small business that customer support is key, and Henry has been great. We look forward to building more sales through subscriptions.

Great App, easy to install and has lead to an increase in repeat sales on my website. I did have a query, emailed the help desk and it was addressed and fixed very quickly.

This has been exactly what I needed in terms of setting up recurring subscriptions for my magazine (biannual). It was important that I could edit the subscription cadence since we need the subscriptions to be charged at the same time regardless of when people signed up/initially subscribed. The support is amazing, with shockingly fast answers. I felt like my problems or issues were always treated like I was a valued customer. There's a lot of existing documentation to help with Qs, but anything I couldn't find was answered promptly.

Regarding the issue the merchant had. We contacted them and helped them resolve the issue. The problem was very specific to their use case and wasn't an issue within the app.

Out of all the subscription apps, I found this one to be the most streamlined, easy to set up, and offer flexible plans for what my business needs.
