Set up the app and it was easy to do, there was an issue but support for Seal Subscriptions took care of it and they went above and beyond what I would have expected. I would recommend this app because if there is an issue they will take care of it.

This is our go-to app for subscriptions! Henry is always so helpful! The app is constantly adding new features and it is so lightweight!

The only reason I didn't give Seal a 1-star review is because they might be the only subscriptions app that doesn't take a percentage or sales nor do they charge more just because we're on a higher-tier Shopify plan. However, this app lacks greatly with analytics. Have to do a lot of digging for super basic, mostly not unusable analytics. There are bugs with their PageFly integration whereas the discount values aren't matching up. Issues with Shipstation integration for prepaid plan: doesn't create subsequent orders and reference them to subsequent Shopify orders. This app hasn't evolved much since we started using it earlier this year. Hardly any customer support, certainly no live support. You really get what you pay for with this app. We're looking into using a competitor now. Needs a lot of UX improvements for us to stick around.

Out of the hundreds of subscription plugins in Shopify, this one truly stands out! It has everything we need to fully implement our prepaid watch plans subscription pricing. You can set custom price higher or lower than the current price of the product. It can be fixed or percentage based. And you can also add the price of the subscription only (excluding the main product) if you have a subscription website for data services. Excellent support as well even if we don't have the paid version yet of Seal Subscriptions. Marko answered all our questions fast and is very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of this Shopify app. If you have something in mind, just ask Marko. He will get back to you within the day!

This app is amazing, helping our business to streamline all the work. The only downside is that a customer cannot adjust the choses products, which gives us a hassle of cancelling and creating a new subscription. It would be great to have an update on this.

Thank you for your review. We do have a feature, which allows customers to edit, remove and add products to their existing subscriptions. You just have to turn it on in Seal Subscriptions > Settings > General Settings > Customer portal > Product editing.

Hi,
I am sorry to hear that you had issues with the app.
The app doesn't and didn't make any changes to any of your theme files automatically without your authorization. All changes to the theme files have to be manually triggered by you through the app settings (installation section). Even when these changes are made, the app first makes a backup copy of edited files.
I have checked your theme and it seems that the app didn't make any changes to your theme files. It could be that some other app made changes to your theme over the weekend.
We have contacted you over the email and I hope that we will be able to help you resolve this issue.
