This is a great app, and the customer service is phenomenal. Their simple platform has allowed my business to get off the ground. Because of their free model, it's given me time to grow, and I will be sticking with them for the paid model when I need more functionality.
The UX is not always intuitive, and the support documentation is limited. Once they build that out, this app will be unstoppable.

I am giving this 5 stars for set up and installation - by far out of my three stores I run, this app is hands down amazing for set up and install. So, so fast and to have a really decent free plan is a bonus! Will have to see how it performs to comment on its reliablilty, but if the initial set up is anything to go by, it should be terrific.
I just spent 5 minutes setting it up..
good to go now. I will need more time to set up a bit more properly, as I got 30 days of free trials on the 7.95 plan.

Great app.
The only reason I didn't give Seal a 1-star review is because they might be the only subscriptions app that doesn't take a percentage or sales nor do they charge more just because we're on a higher-tier Shopify plan. However, this app lacks greatly with analytics. Have to do a lot of digging for super basic, mostly not unusable analytics. There are bugs with their PageFly integration whereas the discount values aren't matching up. Issues with Shipstation integration for prepaid plan: doesn't create subsequent orders and reference them to subsequent Shopify orders. This app hasn't evolved much since we started using it earlier this year. Hardly any customer support, certainly no live support. You really get what you pay for with this app. We're looking into using a competitor now. Needs a lot of UX improvements for us to stick around.

Henry from support was fantastic. He did the customization the way I requested. My only wish is if those customizations were available for the users, but this is not biggie as support was very responsive

Nice video in setup that walk you through the process with ease. Did a test product and it works well. It is linked to my paypal gateway and I had no issues. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a subscription option.

I used this app to create a subscription box to be delivered bimonthly. It was fairly easy to set up. I haven't used it yet but am going to do a test run to check it out!
This app is amazing, helping our business to streamline all the work. The only downside is that a customer cannot adjust the choses products, which gives us a hassle of cancelling and creating a new subscription. It would be great to have an update on this.
Thank you for your review. We do have a feature, which allows customers to edit, remove and add products to their existing subscriptions. You just have to turn it on in Seal Subscriptions > Settings > General Settings > Customer portal > Product editing.
