Seal Subscriptions App

It's something to get used to, but it makes it easy to keep track of subscriptions! Been using the laptop version for a few months and have only run into one glitch that was fixed promptly by customer support. Would recommend!

I think this app is great and services a lot of what we want and need out of a subscription service. My only drawback is you don't hear back from customer service for a few days as it is only through email. There are a lot of topics covered in the help/faq segment of the app, but the app itself is so complex, it is easy to get confused. Either way, very grateful for this as it has provided exactly what we have been looking for even if it takes some time to get everything just right.

I have used other subscription apps in the past and customers found the experience confusing. I found Seal Subscriptions and have been ever so happy with it. There was a slight integration issue and I thought I would be in a fight between the theme developer and the app developer, however that was not the case. Seal Subscriptions very quickly assisted in resolving my issue and assisting me to display the widget as I wanted it to appear. I am so happy so far and customers have found it much easier to understand.

We switched from a $$ subscription app to Seal and couldn't be more pleased. The app was easy to set up and integrates perfectly with our website. We haven't needed customer service which actually says a lot - the app worked out of the box without issue and we're very happy to be saving big bucks we can use elsewhere. We highly recommend Seal!

easy set up

I search high and low to find a subscription app to meet my websites needs, and finally i found this one, it was perfect for my site and at a great price as well, with the price matching the size of my website. I had an issue with the app and a feature on my site and Henry fixed it straight away. great customer service

I have tried installing on my site, I had some error because my site template was old. I contacted the support and Henry super quickly solved the problem. I can't believe it is a free app for the starter! I definitely recommend. It is very easy to install too!

I recently migrated from ReCharge to Seal.

I ended up doing the migration manually for the most part (rather than using the ReCharge API) and it was pretty easy. Seal Subscriptions is easy to use, easy to understand, and the support is good too. Compared to ReCharge, this app is way simpler - and I don't mean that as a negative. It covers most of the same bases, but is better laid out and easier to manage as well as being easy to customise.

I only had a few issues during the setup, and Henry was quick to resolve them for me, including making some minor adjustments to the widget itself. It's early days of course, but I'm hopeful that this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship!!
