The app has behaved great, and despite the large number of options available it was still easy enough to setup. Support has also been excellent.
Its a very good app, easy to work with and I was not confused compared to other apps I have tried to work with.
I installed this app to provide subscriptions for my customers. This will allow them to put their therapeutic products on autopilot. On install I noticed that the customer would be invoiced for payment, However, they are going to start auto payments sometime soon.

Seal works great! It is easy to use. I wish it was possible to edit credit card information on subscription. We have customers call and want us to update their credit card, and the software does not allow us to do that. The customer has to do it themselves via email. Some of our older customers don't have email.

But let me also reply to your question here.
As per credit card industry's security standards, we mustn't save or handle any full credit cart data. However, Shopify allows you to updated the credit card information for some payment methods directly on the customer's profile in Shopify.
You can check if you can also do this in your case in Shopify admin > Customers > click on the customer and then on the right side, you should have an option to update the credit card data next to the payment methods ;)

So far, the testing looks great, and it definitely deserves a 5-star rating at this point.
I chose this app for my shop and I really recommend it. At first I had some issues with the translations but the customer support is great. I wrote them and the answer came back in a few minutes. They solved the problem immediately. The greatest benefit for our customers is that they can now manage their subscriptions by themselves.
So far so good, does what I need
Support is A+, subscription customization is awesome. Just wish it had some sort of referral/affiliate tracking ability then it would be perfect. Otherwise still the best subscription app available.
