This app has tons of great and useful features. It is a very well thought out app. The free plan is a great try out plan to see what the app can do. Even the paid plans are very reasonably priced. The best of all is the customer support that you get. Everytime I had a question, I got an answer right away.

So far so good. The set up was easy and I'm glad we can use our existing payment processor. The install was so simple as I didn't have to do anything but change the colors. We have have great results and the app is really easy to use and maintian. We don't use all of the other features it offers but I can see how other companies would benefit from them.

At Perth Coffee Exchange we love the app for it's ability to customise and amend. The team always respond and resolve any queries quickly and are happy to take feedback on board.
It would be great to be able to search things like the Inventory Forecast with custom time periods rather than just the standard 7 and 30 days. This would enable us to order more accurately. For us depending on the supplier we may need to order stock 10-14 days out due to lead and delivery times.

Very useful for subscriptions and the free trial is quite good. In my case I only have one product and the app helps me a lot.

This app has got us up and running with subscriptions in no time. While it's still new (and being regularly updated) it has virtually all of the features we've needed straight out of the box. We've recently adopted the "Product Swap" feature to make a "surprise" box for our customers and when setting this up, Henry from Support, has been quick to respond and analyse any issues we may have created in building this out. Highly recommend...
Amazing app with tons of features to offer for the customs and prebuilt subscription emails. The customer accounts pages are very intuitive and easy to navigate for the customer. Seal Subscriptions app coupled with the Bundler app is one of the only ways I have found to give customers the ability to mix and match products with a subscription option. The customer service is also amazing, after every question I have had, they have gotten back to me within a day with a solution.

The only reason I didn't give Seal a 1-star review is because they might be the only subscriptions app that doesn't take a percentage or sales nor do they charge more just because we're on a higher-tier Shopify plan. However, this app lacks greatly with analytics. Have to do a lot of digging for super basic, mostly not unusable analytics. There are bugs with their PageFly integration whereas the discount values aren't matching up. Issues with Shipstation integration for prepaid plan: doesn't create subsequent orders and reference them to subsequent Shopify orders. This app hasn't evolved much since we started using it earlier this year. Hardly any customer support, certainly no live support. You really get what you pay for with this app. We're looking into using a competitor now. Needs a lot of UX improvements for us to stick around.

We have used the app very successfully to manage and build our subscriptions over the last year and half. Integration is superb, it is easy to use and their customer service is faultless. Importantly, the app is continually evolving with new features you can adapt to suit your changing needs.
Y'all created an app that has damn near solved ALL the problems previously felt & experienced with other options for our business and overall operations. Thank you!
