I've had great support by Seal Subscriptions. While setting up my store, I ran into problems, as I will sell over 9000 products on my store, and they went above and beyond to get everything sorted before my store opens!
Looking forward to a great collaboration with them in the future.
This app was SO easy to get up and running, I love how you have the option for a free plan until you have a certain amount of subscribers. Also I have how you can limit how many months they must be on as well as a discount increase after a certain amount of time.
The app works very well and has a lot of built in functionalities and customization options, it has everything. Their support is also great, always very helpful and friendly. We recommend it to everyone!

easy to set up
This is a great app, and the customer service is phenomenal. Their simple platform has allowed my business to get off the ground. Because of their free model, it's given me time to grow, and I will be sticking with them for the paid model when I need more functionality.
The UX is not always intuitive, and the support documentation is limited. Once they build that out, this app will be unstoppable.

The Seal Subscription team has been very helpful. The app helps us offer easy-to-use subscription services to our clients. The integration has been most helpful. Whenever there is a technical concern, the team is prompt to assist.
Great app, but could I please know when will you guys be able to add an automatic charge function? I really don't want to switch app but I am planning to switch because of that...

We are planning on adding the auto-charge functionality to the app once Shopify releases the Subscription API. It is planned to get released in January 2021 and this is when we will also introduce the auto charging functionality.
