We are using the app to encourage gift subscriptions. The platform is set up well and the rules are easy to understand. I did reach out to Henry several times when I had questions, and each time he replied quickly and efficiently to help me get it set up in a way that works for our shop. I've found in running a small business that customer support is key, and Henry has been great. We look forward to building more sales through subscriptions.

Only just installed it but seems super straightforward so far! I'm yet to launch the product Im using it for in my store but I have confidence.

Very easy to install, set up and use. The free app has plenty of options for my business that I feel I won't have to upgrade for a paid plan right away.

I love this app! Super easy to use thanks to the helpful youtube tutorial. And looks nice and clean on the product page. I had a question so I emailed and Henry was not only super helpful, but he communicated with the team to add in a feature that now shows on my website. Henry is AMAZING!! And so is the whole team. This has been exactly what I needed in terms of setting up recurring subscriptions for my magazine (biannual). It was important that I could edit the subscription cadence since we need the subscriptions to be charged at the same time regardless of when people signed up/initially subscribed. The support is amazing, with shockingly fast answers. I felt like my problems or issues were always treated like I was a valued customer. There's a lot of existing documentation to help with Qs, but anything I couldn't find was answered promptly.
