I'm really impressed with the tech support behind this app. I have two separate issues that have been resolved within 24hrs.
ive just started using this app and the setup is super straight forward.
Good Tool. SO far one of the best out there, but a few features are missing in my opinion :)

I’m not sure where people get customer service. All we see is a chat bot with FAQ. Many times we have needed help and never see a way to talk to anyone which has been really frustrating.

Suggestion: implement versioning for the api, so it'll easier to anticipate breaking changes in the future?
Great Value and wonderful customer support service. Love the tiered approach with their payment plans to allow us to grow with the service over time. Highly recommend
