We have been using Seal Subscriptions since 2022, and we absolutely love it! Currently, we are utilizing the free version, which provides our customers with a seamless and hassle-free ordering experience.
Its been really easy and great for my business to grow through subscription plans.
There was an issue where the delivery charges were charged 2x only on the subscription purchases, instead of just once. I contacted the support and they said its an issue from shopify, but shopify said it's the apps issue. this went back and forth for almost 2 months and nobody could resolve my issue. They took my money and couldn't get the app to work right.

We are still in contact with Shopify about this issue. Generally, if the issue is on our side, we resolve it in less than 24 hours (on a work day), as our development team is very proactive.
However, if an issue is somewhere in Shopify's system, then we can't access their code and we can't fix the issue for them, even though we would love to do it if we would be allowed to do it ;)
Having said that, we are still in contact with Shopify about this issue you are experiencing. It seems to be linked to the new Shopify's customer accounts. We are looking forward to the resolution of that.
I can see that you are receiving copies of replies on the Shopify ticket, which is great :)

Absolutely an amazing app! We have been using Seal Subscriptions for quite some time now and have always loved it and it's been a breeze for all our clients to use as well. Even in the past 24hrs we had a small concern and within an hr we had a response from the support team (Max) who answered our response quickly. We then where guided with our concern through Marko who was more than willing to help us through out - the concern was sorted quickly Even with the time zone differences. We appreciate the support teams quick response and kindness. This app works fantastically for those who are in need of an app for Subscriptions. I personally would recommend this app to anyone and everyone! Thank you Seal Subscriptions for your great communication, support and services.

Good app. Haven’t released any meaningful features in over 12 months. Zero effort in new features for retaining customers, or reducing cancellations.

Our entire membership structure relies on Seal Subscriptions, and it's never let us down.
After the 2nd try, this app was very easy to use. The type is a little big for the product page. But otherwise it looks good.
Great app - Especially for the price!
Installing and implementing Seal Subscription app was a dream. Very easy and intuitive. Nothing was difficult and it worked very quickly.
