App works great but instructions are not totally clear. In the end it is workable and you can figure it out. No customer support email or chat is very frustrating. Not a fan of this.

Easy to setup a subscription service
The app is decent.
But support tends to be slow and no live chat.
The app works great, I am looking forward to seeing what it does for sales
