Things are going well. Some of the fields are a bit confusing, but it's a lot to take in at once. Everything seems to be functioning fine, I'm just still getting used to all the different functionalities.
wonderful, but there are some glitches from time to time (percentage of discount glitched during Black Friday)
We've had some trouble implementing cutoff dates, but nothing unmanageable for our needs. The team gives solid support.
Would like the analytics and styling to be a little better but overall really happy with it! Offers almost all the features I want at a fraction of the price of Recharge or Skio.
Service is great but keep in mind the difference in times between Europe and US. We will keep you posted after first transition of subscriptions go out from Seal after transferring the subscriptions over.
Really good so far! Was able to get help immediately from their support team with an issue that I had with the widgets when I installed the app. They responded in good time and I am loving the addition it brings to my website!
The app is very easy to work with and seams to work accordingly. The only reason why I cannot give 5-stars, is because ideally I would like to have a different delivery interval (with different prices) from the payment interval, but that is not possible. Regardless, there are no other apps where this is possible, so Seal is the best option by far! So I am happy.
Nice app overall.
I’m not sure where people get customer service. All we see is a chat bot with FAQ. Many times we have needed help and never see a way to talk to anyone which has been really frustrating.

fast to setup and there are clear instructions
It took some time for me to get the hang of it, but I was able to set-up the rules and understand the potential of the app. I am glad that I was encouraged to try a little harder. It is actually not that difficult. The good news is that the subscription service now automatically charges shipping for each delivery. I thought I would have to make special rules. We will see how it goes. I am sure that some customers will appreciate having the subscription option.
