The app works perfectly, and the support team helped me resolve the issue with the trial to ensure I could test the app before making any payments. Furthermore, they also made a small customization. Couldn't recommend enough for stores who just started!
very good service
We've barely begun using this app but already the depth of options is amazing. We've run into a few snags (due to the way we want to use it) and the support folks have been EXTREMELY helpful. We're in Canada, so help usually takes 12-24 hours, but they have been good at understanding our issue and responding in detail.

The app is very easy to manage, with lots of nice features, both, for prepaid and recurring subscriptions. I like the idea that you can pair it with other apps according to what you need. The customer portal is very easy to access.
Support is also really fast, kind and help you solve any issues in a timely manner.
There should be more personalization features, though.
