Easy to use, tons of capabilities (that I could take better advantage of!). Good tutorials/support, and, maybe most importantly, a really seamless transition of bringing existing subscriptions into Seal without having to ask customers to re-subscribe.

UI needs improvement, especially with adding more filter options. Right now, discounts for free products are being applied permanently instead of only on the first subscription order. We occasionally offer free products, but the system continues to apply the discount on every renewal.

Because of this, we’ve been manually removing those discounts to ensure the items aren’t repeatedly marked as free.

There is a very easy way to apply the discount only on the initial order, so you don't have to remove it manually :) We have sent you an email about this so we can check your case and share the exact instructions on how to do that, but we haven't yet heard back from you.

The Seal Subscription App must be one of the best options available for Shopify. It integrates very easily (both from a technical point of view but also in terms of the look and feel on your store). It's really easier for customers to use and it also integrates well into the account area so that customers can easily manage their subscriptions. The technical team are also highly responsive to any issues you might have.
