Seal Subscriptions helped me quickly set up subscription purchases for my store, which was exactly what I needed. The app is powerful and packed with useful features. Whenever I ran into any issues, their professional support team responded promptly and helped me resolve everything efficiently. Highly recommended!
Great app! We've been using it for a while and have had no issues. I recommend allowing customers to be automatically charged the full price of an item if they cancel their subscription before completing the minimum required number of shipments. This is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5. I understand they wouldn't allow a customer to self-serve to cancel or modify a subscription before completing the minimum number of shipments; however, this is a drawback because customers always like to be in control of their subscriptions.
The app is straightforward to set up, works reliably with Shopify, and gives us the flexibility we need to manage recurring orders without making things complicated for our customers. Managing, pausing and adjusting subscriptions is simple from both the customer and admin side.
The support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance.
Overall, Seal Subscriptions has been a reliable and cost-effective subscription solution for our store. Definitely recommended for Shopify merchants looking to add subscriptions without unnecessary complexity or cost.
