As a long-time user of the WILL ecosystem (especially the Parcel app), I decided to switch to TrustWILL to take my store to the next level. Despite an initial technical hurdle importing my customer photos from previous apps, the team responded with exemplary professionalism.
While other services often do the bare minimum, Pia and her team made a genuine, concrete effort to adapt my CSV files and save all my customer visuals. This kind of personalized support gives me the confidence to commit to a long-term paid subscription.
The app is powerful, but it’s their reactivity and commitment to service that truly earn these 5 stars. I highly recommend it to any e-commerce owner looking for a reliable and human-centered solution.
accidentally deleted all my products on Shopify and lost all my reviews along with them. I was devastated because those reviews took a long time to build. They charge me 25,80 EUR every month for no reason. I want my money back, so I asked it. And they didn't respond. I expect quick help from shopify! There are scammers!!!! Jensen is the worst customer service employee ever, please fire him. He is there for nothing, seriously nothing.
