As a long-time user of the WILL ecosystem (especially the Parcel app), I decided to switch to TrustWILL to take my store to the next level. Despite an initial technical hurdle importing my customer photos from previous apps, the team responded with exemplary professionalism.

While other services often do the bare minimum, Pia and her team made a genuine, concrete effort to adapt my CSV files and save all my customer visuals. This kind of personalized support gives me the confidence to commit to a long-term paid subscription.

The app is powerful, but it’s their reactivity and commitment to service that truly earn these 5 stars. I highly recommend it to any e-commerce owner looking for a reliable and human-centered solution.

accidentally deleted all my products on Shopify and lost all my reviews along with them. I was devastated because those reviews took a long time to build. I reached out to the Trustoo support team and they were incredibly helpful — they were able to locate all my reviews and reassign them back to the correct products on my store.
I honestly didn’t think it was possible to recover them. Trustoo saved me. If you’re looking for a reliable review app that actually has your back when things go wrong, this is it.
10/10 would recommend.

The support team was fast, helpful, and actually took the time to solve my issues instead of sending generic replies.

The widgets look clean, lightweight, and fit well with branded Shopify stores. Definitely recommended if you want a review app that looks modern and is easy to work with.

They charge me 25,80 EUR every month for no reason. I want my money back, so I asked it. And they didn't respond. I expect quick help from shopify! There are scammers!!!! Jensen is the worst customer service employee ever, please fire him. He is there for nothing, seriously nothing.

SCAM TO LET YOU PAY!
They keep saying that there system is working but it failling hardd!!

I have been trying for months to get email request sent. Doing 10.000 orders a month and receive 0 reviews... even my own orders will not get an email. And they keep saying they sent it.

Funny part on the free plan (it's really working) once you upgrade. It will stop working.

Money back? nope, limited by all the functions.

Don't ask me why I keep trying to chat with them if there stupid answer always is that's working, IT'S NOTTT

After reviewing your case back then, we found that the review request emails were scheduled based on your email timing settings — specifically, they were set to be sent 3 days after the order was marked as shipped. Since some of the orders had not yet reached the shipment trigger, the system was still waiting for the configured condition before sending.

We understand how confusing this may have felt, especially when you were expecting the emails to go out immediately. Our team did review the setup and provided a detailed explanation to clarify how the trigger rules were working in your account.

Please note that email sending behavior is not affected by plan level — both free and paid plans follow the same trigger logic.
