Absolutely sublime app and amazing customer support. We used the free tier for a while initially and still received development support and super quick service.

We’re now happily on their paid tier which supports the product groupings. It’s an absolutely amazing application and an invaluable asset to shopify.

I had an issue with some reviews that a hired person uploaded (they were not for my products or any vendor that I use). They were positive, but since not accurate, it was dishonest so I wanted them removed. Customer Service was super fast and helpful in getting them removed (I did have to lose all reviews, which was fine. Lesson learned, I'll upload cvs files myself to ensure they are all valid and correct.) But I do love the look of the app on my store! And my customer service experience was great! Thank you so much!

So far, I am very satisfied with this solution and am curious to see how it evolves, especially how our customers will perceive it. What we particularly love is that it's possible to display a floating bar on the right side that doesn’t interfere at all but provides direct access for our customers. This not only helps to build trust with our customers but is also really very practical.
