The app works well. I can customize the colors to match my site. The app can send follow up emails to customers requesting reviews. I can choose how the reviews are displayed. I also have control over what reviews are displayed. The customer service chat is also very helpful for when I had questions.

We really like affordable pricing, exciting offers & the customer support of this app. They have recently extend their help in areas where we need a web developer, for card carousel review integration. Their help is beyond our expectations. We save a lot of money in monthly billing compared to our competitors

It works great, you can add reviews from Amazon too (that's not possible with many of these apps). Customer service is awesome as well. They reply within a minute or two. Highly recommend!

So far, I am very satisfied with this solution and am curious to see how it evolves, especially how our customers will perceive it. What we particularly love is that it's possible to display a floating bar on the right side that doesn’t interfere at all but provides direct access for our customers. This not only helps to build trust with our customers but is also really very practical.

We also contacted customer support with a question and were immediately assisted. Faith helped us kindly and competently. Thank you once again for the quick support.

I had an issue with some reviews that a hired person uploaded (they were not for my products or any vendor that I use). They were positive, but since not accurate, it was dishonest so I wanted them removed. Customer Service was super fast and helpful in getting them removed (I did have to lose all reviews, which was fine. Lesson learned, I'll upload cvs files myself to ensure they are all valid and correct.) But I do love the look of the app on my store! And my customer service experience was great! Thank you so much!
