Shopify Search & Discovery

The one feature I wish it had was the ability to set rules for recommendations. I get auto-generated ones that don't make sense, like a ring and a baby onesie. If I could select which tag or collection to recommend from, the auto-generate would be more accurate for upsells.

Ich habe sie heruntergeladen und sie war einfach, klar verständlich, super vorbereitet und automatisiert aufgesetzt mit flexiblen Änderungs- und Anpassungsmöglichkeiten bei bedarf und das for free! Also sehr gelungen würde ich sagen. Ich gebe eben nur 4 Sterne weil ich, seit ich das neue Theme Dawn-Version 15.0.2 nutze, keine Abschnitte für Ähnliche Produkte mehr hinzufügen kann. Die Alten bestehen aber noch. Das ist super schade und ich weiß auch nicht ob das zusammenhängt. Kann mir hier vielleicht jemand helfen?

The app provides some great features to improve search and product discovery. It would get 5 stars if the Recommendation feature worked in reverse for custom product pairings.

App is easy to use and set-up. I just hope they add this future on the next update:
1. Enable collection-specific filters, allowing each collection to have its own tailored filter set.
2. Adjust the number of products displayed per page to improve loading speed when filters return a large number of results.
3. The selected filter will be displayed as an image or icon instead of text.

Overall good App. It needs an excluded products feature where you can manually select 'best sellers' that you dont want listed as recommended products.

Very good app, still needs betterment when it comes to search and recommendations. It would be great to have search by image introduced as well. Nowadays customers are taking screenshots from social media and they try to search it by image. I would prefer to have it in this app itself other than using some other apps

Virkelig en god app, vi er virkelig glade for den. Vi har bare et stort ønske om at kunne trække commended products ud, så det bliver muligt at kører data ind på andre domæner. Det er et stort arbejde at sidde manuelt og vælge recommended products på 5 domæner.

The app works pretty well as a free offering. It won out in A/B testing from our previous paid solution. I'm hoping the developers introduce a setting to 'draft' status filters so that they can be hidden from a store without totally deleting them and having to re add them at a later date.

I would also like a preview option on draft filters so we can do something like setup a large meta field list without impacting the prod site when looking to preview the filter.

Currently I am having to setup a product meta field on our sandbox store of over 18k products so that I can preview that meta field list color filtering 'AND' behavior works as expected and then I will have to bring all these meta field values over to our prod store.

A simpler solution would allow me to setup the meta fields on the prod store, preview the new Color filter on prod without making it live to test it, and then if it works as expected setting it to live.

Another nice to have, would be to make product.options by Color as an AND filter by default instead of OR so that a metafield list wouldn't even be necessary.

Good, but need to be able to quickly select recommendations. It would make life so much easier just to view the recommendations, then add the ones you want by simply clicking the product icon to add. EDIT: Bulk edit feature is incredibly helpful!

The search app is good, but there's lacking features.

If you have a store with more than 5000 items, the filter doesn't show and there's no way to filter a collection by product count.

Out of stock items are hidden in search, but forget about it if someone is browsing products.

Customize filters with metadata works fairly well, but for some reason adding thousands of data points to group makes the app not show all the data to group it in the app, but shows it to the customer on the website ungrouped.
